Idealizing your "Center of Gravity", a.k.a. "Putting some ass into it"...

It's not about raw power or strength, and while swing speed directly relates to distance it's BALANCE that allows you to maximize your body type for maximum performance.

Good news for those of us with a "little" extra junk in our trunk.

Tiger Woods and John Daly take full advantage of the tremendous torque and speed in their swings, along with dynamic balance. PGA Director of Instruction Rick Martino says you can, too. - PGA.com

Thanks for heads up... the price I pay for a 2lb. laptop is a very bright, but very small screen :) ... correction made.
