Tom Lehman: Leading by example...

The era of big time professional sports salaries has seen an increase in managers and head coaches struggling for respect from their players.
Golf's answer to that dilema is shaping up to be this year's Ryder Cup story. What better way to get your player's attention than by beating their brains out on the course and eliminating them from big money tournaments?
That's what U.S. Ryder Cup Captain Tom Lehman has done the last few day, beating down guys that are certain to be playing for him at the K CLub at this year's Ryder Cup Matches.
