Michelle Wie shrugs it off and gets it going...

Showing the resiliency that only a happy-go-lucky teenager could, Michelle Wie visited Oriole Park at Camden Yards to throw out the ceremonial first pitch and promote this weekend's McDonald's LPGA Championship at Bulle Rock Golf Course (Havre de Grace, MD).
Michelle spent part of the pre-game touring the O's clubhouse and meeting Orioles players and coaching staff, most of which were hoping to get autographs from the teen phenom.
Michelle, sporting an Orioles jersey with Wie #1 accross the back, threw a low and away fastball to 1983 World Series MVP Rick Dempsey much to the delight of the crowd.
Looking as if she hadn't a care in the world, you wouldn't know the kind of pressure she had just been under a day earlier as she chased history trying to qualify for the Men's U.S. Open. Way to go Michelle, we're pulling for you.
