TDS: Golf Bloggers recap Mickelson Meltdown

"It was right there and I let it go. I just cannot believe I did that. I am such an idiot." - Phil Mickelson
What will Phil do next? Sitting pretty with a chance to win his third consecutive major, Phil Mickelson limped in down the stretch to give hot handed Aussie Geoff Ogilvy the 2006 U.S. Open Championship.
Want to know what the world thinks of the major meltdown? Let's go to the golf blogs for a real sample of golf fan's thoughts.

The link to Phil's meltdown from Digital Golf "Inside the Mind of Phil Mickelson" was the funniest piece of work I've read in quite a while. Nothing like laughing out loud when your in your office and by yourself to make others wonder what you're doing. Reminded me of something Dan Jenkins would write.
