Dave Pelz takes on the trash talk...
Both Mickelson and Woods have learned their lessons about trash talking in public, but now their coaches are getting in on the act.
Dave Pelz (Mickelson's short game coach) was quoted as saying, “When Phil’s at his best, I’m thinking that nobody can beat him.” When asked if that included Woods, Pelz reportedly responded, “You bet it does.”
Both players diffused the situation with a little humor. Should be a good weekend of golf.
