PODS Championship from Tarpon Springs, Florida

This week the PGA Tour plays the PODS Championship on Innisbrook Resort's Copperhead Course.
The tour keeps promoting the location as Tampa, Florida when in fact it's in Tarpon Springs, Florida. The community was first settled in the late 1800s and was named for the tarpon fish that was plentiful along the Gulf coast. In the early 1900s, some enterprising Greeks decided to try the sponge beds off the Gulf coast and found them very productive. Greek immigrants made the city home, built sponge docks and boats, and the sponge trade was off and running in Tarpon Springs.
Don't know why the tour calls it Tampa when it's not even in the same Florida county. Maybe that's why Golf Blogger had a hard time finding the course on Google Earth.
Anyway, just wanted to clarify because I've spent many a summer visiting my cousins in Tarpon when I was a kid and have fond memories of the area and of Innisbrook Resort. If you're ever near Tarpon, stop by and enjoy the fantastic Greek food, nice beaches, and of course plentiful golf.
Just looking out for my Greek peeps!
