Want to improve your golf game? $5,000 can get you there.

In what is certainly the golfing opportunity of a lifetime, golfers (6 of them) will have the opportunity to get hands-on training from the godfather of golf instruction David Leadbetter.

As part of a promotion for the David Leadbetter Golf Academy location at the luxurious Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, David will host an exclusive six-person TWO-DAY RETREAT on Tuesday, August 21st and Wednesday, August 22nd of 2007.

The package (available to the first 6 students who reserve a spot) costs $5,000 and will cover all aspects of the game, including all areas of the short game. Extensive video and computer analysis will be utilized and instruction will be custom tailored to each individual's personal swing.

Each participant will receive a gift package, a specific plan for ongoing improvement on a personal take home DVD, lunch each day with David and his staff, and a five-star dinner experience on Tuesday, August 21st in the company of David Leadbetter.

This guy has tutored players to over a dozen major championships and more than 100 worldwide tour wins, so while $5,000 sounds steep it also sounds real intriguing.

Maybe Mrs. BogeyMan can consider it as an early 40th birthday present for her favorite hubby.

bunker_babes_feb2007.jpg

My local Barnes & Noble hasn't carried GolfPunk Magazine for a while, but thanks to the internet I am able to keep tabs on the latest Golf Punk Bunker Babes.

What are Golf Punk Bunker Babes?

They are golfin' hotties who will very kindly explain the rules of golf - while wearing bikinis.

Golf Punk - Finally, after a long winter break in a spa in deepest Russia, feasting on nothing but goodness, purity and rulebooks, the bunker babes return fully armed to help you with all those wierd and wonderful situations you find yourself in on the golf course. Thank the lord...

Presenting Soccer Lounge - World Cup 2006...

soccerlounge_hottie.jpg

In just a few hours it's lights, camera, action as the World Cup 2006 begins... Yes we love golf, but World Cup Soccer (or Futbol, Football, etc...) is a worldwide phenomenon. OK, maybe not in the U.S. but it should be.

Not enough scoring? You don't understand the rules? or The U.S. team always sucks?... put all those issues aside and visit our new (work in progress) site "Soccer Lounge".

And remember, there may not be a lot of scoring on the field, but there are half-dressed Brazilian women bouncing up and down in the stands... and you know if it's a Lounge, we'll be there to (ahem) cover the action.

As always, Stay Tuned...

Bobby Jones resting place is still a popular destination...

During a round of golf I'll mention the "golf gods" as in "if you don't rake that bunker the golf gods will punish you". What I mean is that bad karma will catch up to you, not that there are lightning bolt wielding beings waiting to strike you down.

However, if there is a tribunal of golf deity you can rest assured that Bobby Jones is the head honcho, so what better way to honor the game and ensure good golf karma than by paying tribute at the grave site of Jones at Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta.

Dokoda Dowd wants to spread the word...

dakoda_dowd.jpg

Think Morgan Pressel and Michelle Wie have moxie? You ain't seen nothing compared to 13-year-old Dokoda Dowd.

This young lady isn't just another freaky phenom who gets a publicity driven sponsor's exemption to play in an LPGA event. She's a very talented golfer (for her age) who wanted more than anything to get to play in a pro event before her mother (who is terminally ill) passes away. She is seeking publicity, but she wants to use the stage to spread the word about early detection of cancer in women.

This may be the best sponsor's exemption ever put to use.

"She's got talent,'' says Annika Sorenstam, one of Dakoda's idols and the women's top-ranked player who met her earlier this month and watched her swing. "She can really hit the ball. She's got a great head on her shoulders. She's really strong and her attitude is really something great.''

Las Vegas Golf - High-Stakes Hustlers

vegas_golf.jpg

I've played many a Las Vegas course, and I've heard caddies tell tales of celebrities and high-rollers playing for $10,000+ a hole... I never believed it.

Then I read this article in Travel & Leisure Golf and realized that while I'm sweating a $25 nassau, there's someone paying off six-figure wagers at a 19th hole in the desert.

Another interesting fact from the article is that it's not necessarily the best golfers that wager the most. These guys could be playing for and winning $100,000 bets while shooting in the 90's... Neat stuff.

No More "Upright and Locked Position" for Hooters

Hooters

After a three-year run, Hooters Air is bowing out of the regularly scheduled airline business.

The airline, based in Myrtle Beach, was popular among golfers heading to the east coast golf destination.

The troubles with the airline revolved around rising gas prices that have made the business model unsustainable for such a small and specialized air carrier.

While the airline may be going away, Hooters continues to grow with success in other businesses, including the Hooters Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, the launch of a Hooters credit card and Hooters magazine. Not to mention the opening of 80 new Hooters restaurants worldwide this year alone.

Club head that adjusts at impact... Fact or Fiction?

This sounds like an early April fools day joke, that is until you read the part about how scientist got the idea to do it from an April fools ad placed in a newspaper five years ago.

Even me, the self proclaimed leading proponent of all things technologically advanced in golf, thinks this would be a little too much assistance. The best part of the article is where the head of the company says he's read the rules of golf and thinks there's nothing illegal with a golf club that adjusts at impact to make sure the ball travels straight.

Is he really serious?

The club uses a microchip and electric fibres in its titanium head to calculate where the ball is being hit. In the milliseconds the club and ball are in contact, the microchip redistributes the forces in the head to put as much power and accuracy behind the shot as possible.

No photos yet, but I can't wait...

Big Break V: Meet the ladies and enjoy the show

big_break_v_autograph.jpg

First of all, when I posted "Sex Sells... but should it have to?" on December 9th, I was taking the Golf Channel to task for using their contestants in a swimsuit calendar to promote the upcoming Big Break V from Hawaii.

I wrote, "Yes, sex sells... but if you are a golf network that needs to show women in bathing suits to get ratings for a golf competition reality series, maybe you should be coming up with different programming."

That being said... I don't have a problem with swimsuit calendars. I don't have a problem with women competing in a golf reality series. And after getting a chance to meet the ladies of BBV at the PGA Merchandise Show, I certainly don't have a problem with the very fine (and fine looking) ladies of the BBV. I was so impressed, in fact, that I've added a BBV category to the Lounge where I'll link to all the stories I can find on the contestants.

After spending some time with their bios it is clear that TGC has compiled a strong list of accomplished golfers for their semi-annual golf competition.

At the PGA Show, the six ladies signing autographs and meeting golf fans were cordial, sincere, and just thrilled to be a part of all the excitement.

big_break_v_kim.jpg

I wonder if you can read anything into just 6 of the 11 being at the show? Could it be that the others were early exits? Anyway, I'll be watching and rooting for all of them as the show kicks-off Tuesday, February 7 at 9 PM/ET.

I know, what would a Bogey post on the Big Break be without talking about the "hottie" level of the contestants? That being said, of the 6 ladies there (Jeanne, Katie, Ashley, Kristina, Kim, & Jo D) all were cute, but I thought Jeanne and Kristina were certainly the cream of the crop.

I still don't think TGC should have gone the swimsuit route to promote great golfers, but I'll be the first to hang one on my wall. My principles may be high, but not so much that I can turn my back on hot golfers.

As always, Stay Tuned...

Would you pay $3300 for this golf bag?

Warren Buffet and Bill Gates

Sorry I missed this one before the bidding ended...

A Coca-Cola golf bag autographed by two of the world's richest men sold for $3,300 Thursday at the end of a 10-day charity auction on eBay.

The bag, signed by Microsoft Corp. founder Bill Gates and Berkshire Hathaway chairman Warren Buffett, had been listed on the auction Web site since Nov. 28 and drew 21 bids. It was personally used and owned by Buffett, and it still carries a tag with Buffett's name.

Proceeds of the auction are earmarked for Court Appointed Special Advocates, a group that assists abused and neglected children in the courts.

Blemish, Scuff, Hanging Chad? Don't retire that ball...

flighttest1.jpg

While I admit that most of the content on a blog about golf is not ground breaking or mind blowing, however, to a golfer this post from MediaGuru at the "Hooked On Golf" blog is just crazy.

My first observation is: Can this guy play any more golf than he already does? I mean he's got kids, probably a job, and yet every day there's a golf course story... Lucky man that MediaGuru, luck man ;)

Anyway, back to the real point behind this post. I'll let him tell you all about it, but this REALLY makes me think about all the balls I take out of play because of minor scuffs, etc... I know that it's mostly mental, but I have always thought that scuffed balls just "won't fly right".

Guess again.

No Joke: Richard Nixon sinks a hole-in-one

nixon.jpg

How about the timing on this one...

AP: Richard Nixon is not a crook, nor a liar, but apparently a pretty good golfer. On Wednesday, a day after the identity of "Deep Throat" was revealed, Richard Mark Nixon made a hole-in-one. St. Louis Post-Dispatch sports clerk Dennis Cutter was careful to double-check the facts of the feat that seemed suspicious.

But the namesake of the president who resigned in 1974 as a result of the Watergate scandal had in fact used a 9-iron to ace the 125-yard 16th hole at Spencer T. Olin golf course in Alton, Ill.

Read the rest of this story: Richard Nixon Sinks Hole-in-One

UPDATE: FYI... The former president actually did card a hole-in-one: Richard Nixon who at the age of 44, using a Spalding five iron landed the second hole at the Bel Air Country Club on September 4, 1961. He called it “the greatest thrill in my life — even better than being elected.” [source: Pasture Golf]

Tiger Woods opens up... a little

tiger_teri.jpg

As if it's not bad enough he's married to Elin (see photo), now he got a chance to give Desperate Houswife Teri Hatcher a private golf lesson. Maybe that's why Tiger was in a good enough mood to open up a little and have a sit down with EXTRA (the tabloid tv program).

He talks about the condition of his dad, his marriage, and Teri's swing. Not in detail, but it sure is nice to see the world's #1 as a real person. If team Tiger ever got smart and let the Tiger out of his cage, the world would probably be even more enamored with him (rather than just respect his golf ability). And maybe not...

Golfing for Porn awareness?

xxxchurch.jpg

Rockers teaming up to promote pornography awareness through golf? A church called the "XXX Church"?

It's not what you think... Actually, it's a charity golf event to promote keeping kids away from porn and a church dedicated to helping people fight things like porn addiction...

O.K., I admit it... I "Googled" Golf Porn and came up with this... but it is interesting, regardless of your stance on porn. Looks like these guys are doing this for all the right reasons.

[From xxxChurch.com] Mike Foster and Craig Gross are the founders of XXXchurch.com. These young pastors are forging the new frontier of ministry and are delivering a dynamic message to churches and conferences across the United States. Their message is powerful and relevant to today's culture as they encourage individuals to live a life of purity, integrity, and an outrageous Christian walk. Mike and Craig are taking on the toughest issues and providing real answers from God’s word.

XXXchurch is here to make you think, react and to decide where you stand on the issues of porn. We're not here to sling mud, but to push the envelope and try and do some good.

3-Iron the Movie: Finally putting the 3-iron to good use...

3iron.jpg

Now that the hybrid club has diminished the use of 2-irons and 3-irons on the golf course, a Korean filmmaker uses the "rarely used 3-iron" as a metaphor to represent an abandoned house or person in this haunting tale of a drifter (or urban hermit crab) and his travels.

While you or I may never see this film (out today in wide release), it merits a mention in the Lounge just for it's golf themed title, and more importantly the use of a 3-iron as a weapon.

Drive for show, putt for dough? ... not this time!

bigstakeswinners.jpg

I've always thought that watching amateurs play golf for large sums of cash could be very entertaining (much more so than watching me lose large sums of money to my sandbagging friends)... Here is the proof of how exciting in can be watching guys not named "Tiger" and "Ernie" compete in a game they love for a "life changing" amount of money.

Garth Mulroy and playing partner David Ping will share $2,325,000 as winner of the first ever Big Stakes Match Play event in Mesquite, Nevada. Both are mini-tour players whose $100,000 entry fee was put up by a couple of NFL linemen... "Oh the pressure...miss this put and a 300 pound lineman will pounce on me."

The 2005 Big Stakes Match Play Golf Competition was held at the CasaBlanca Resort & Casino in Mesquite, Nevada from May 11-16. It will be aired on The Golf Channel from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., May 30 to June 1.

Jim Thorpe donates winner's check to church...

thorpe.jpg

File this under the "good guy" category...

In a move that caught everybody off-guard, the once hard-living Champions Tour golfer Jim Thorpe is donating his entire $247,500 first-place check from last weekend's senior tournament to his small church in Lake Mary.

"We all change in life," he said. "I've hit every horse track, every casino. I don't feel that I've done a lot of bad things, but maybe it's time to pay up."

"I paid like $500 a few months ago, but they are going for like $400 now"... Yeah right.

pga_valueguide.gif

There was a time when you could sell your cousin a "slightly used" driver and charge him almost what you paid for it 2 years ago. Well, those days are quickly coming to an end thanks to a pretty cool application that is based on EBAY data... Check it Out.

From PGA.com- PGA Value Guide
The PGA Value Guide is the official national standard resource for used club values. This easy-to-use, online guide determines club values by continually analyzing golf club marketplace data from eBay. It's valuations stretch across more than 50 manufacturers, evaluating over 3,000 club models every day. This means that golfers won't second guess the trade-in value you offer them, because they have access to the same resource.

From the "not so breaking news department" comes a post from the usually straight-laced Sand Trap on Tiger Woods' yummy wife (and her twin sister)...

Trust me, I'm not complaining, as a matter of fact I'm glad the gang at TST decided to come down to BogeyMan's level and join those of us who prefer style over substance...

However, besides the occasional trip down the wrong path, I beg Erik and the SandTrappers to stay above the fray, otherwise I may be forced to turn to mainstream media for my golf commentary fix.

Props to the Sand Trap... now go visit their site, they have more pictures of Elin!

Natalie Gulbis : Everything you ever wanted to know...

Natalie Gulbis images

It's been a while since I did a Natalie post, so I couldn't resist bringing you the latest news.

Big Break III fans need not fret, because there is a viable replacement for your Tuesday night "chick fix" on the horizon. Looks like the Natalie Gulbis reality show will begin airing on The Golf Channel starting in July.

As always, stay tuned...

From the Las Vegas Sun - Here's the reality: Natalie Gulbis is an above-average golfer with a stellar marketing presence in relation to her emerging career.

Here's the reality TV show: Gulbis is ready to open her home and life to the prying cameras for a six-week series called "Natalie" to be aired on The Golf Channel later this summer.

Gulbis is slated to make a formal announcement about the show at a press conference this afternoon at the LPGA Takefuji Classic at Las Vegas Country Club, where she will compete this week.

How Science Can Improve your golf game

[Wall Street Journal] The royal and ancient game is being invaded by the folks with pocket protectors.

Throughout golf's long history, rigorous scientific testing of tools and techniques has been as rare as a three-putt by Ben Crenshaw. But that is changing, fast.

Researchers have started delving into some of the game's oldest questions: How do you straighten out a slice? Where should you be looking when you putt? How can you cure "the yips"? And they're coming up with answers that turn conventional wisdom on its head.

Yips may not be all mental after all...

yipgrip.jpg

[Reuters] Yips, a condition that plagues professional and amateur golfers alike and leaves them unable to complete a stroke, may be a movement disorder similar to writer's cramp and musician's cramp, researchers reported last week.

The finding supports suspicions that the condition, which can cause a golfer to badly miss a usually easy putt or even drop a club, is not all in the head. But it does not necessarily point to a treatment.

Laboratory tests in the study, which compared golfers who suffered from the yips with golfers who did not, showed evidence of involuntary movements called cocontractions in those who had the problem, said Dr. Charles Adler of the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, the lead researcher who presented his findings to a meeting of the American Academy of Neurology in Miami late Thursday.

Related Links:
Researchers Take Closer Look At Golfers' Yips
Golfers' Yips May be Movement Disorder [Medical News Today]

These movement disorders are not well understood but doctors believe damaged nerves may be to blame. There is no specific therapy for writer's cramp, for instance, although injections of botulinum toxin, similar to Botox treatments for wrinkles, can help.

Some oral drugs may help a few people with such conditions as well. The Mayo Clinic team has been studying other possible ways of coping with the yips, such as specially designed clubs that release the pressure on the nerves, relaxation therapy and physical therapy.

Tree branch kills golfer

treebranch.jpg

Here's a sad story from Australia... you just never know.

A golfer about to play a shot on a suburban course was killed yesterday in a freak accident when a branch of the giant gum tree she was standing under crashed to the ground.

Sally Dearman, 48, was playing in a women's pennant competition on the fifth hole at the Flagstaff Hill Golf Club course.

A member of the North Adelaide Golf Club, Ms Dearman died of head injuries caused by the 13m branch.

The three other golfers Ms Dearman was playing with were unharmed. They, along with ambulance officers who arrived at the scene later, tried in vain to resuscitate her. [News.com.au - Australia]

PGA Charity Wristbands: It was only a matter of time

pga_wristbands_big.jpg

I'm surprised it took this long, but looks like the PGA has joined the rubber wristband fray with their own tie-dyed version. I don't get this fad, but at least it's raising lots of money for charities.

The PGA Tour Wives Association is selling the wristbands for $1 each to raise money for local and national children's charities.

Amy Fischer, who is married to golfer Todd Fischer and is a member of the wives association, said the group launched the wristband fund-raiser this week. About 80 golfers' wives and girlfriends are members of the group.

"The golfers are wearing them. The caddies are wearing them. They're really taking off," Fischer said.

After this week, the bands will be available online on the PGA Tour's Web site at www.pga.com. They also will be available at the next three PGA tournaments: the Shell Houston Open, the Zurich Classic of New Orleans and the Wachovia Championship in Charlotte.

Bernhard Langer born-again after Masters slip-up...

langer_billboard.jpg

Here's an interesting tale of Bernhard Langer and the slip-up during his first Masters win, where he used the Lord's name in vain and got nasty mail about it... three months later, he was a born-again Christian...

Divine intervention? Now I understand why the U.S. did so poorly in last year's Ryder Cup :)

A popular question for just about any player in a green jacket from Augusta National is how winning the Masters changed his life.

No one can answer it quite like Bernhard Langer.

It was 20 years ago this week that the 27-year-old German, dressed all in red with wavy blond hair down to his shoulders, held off Seve Ballesteros and surged past a stumbling Curtis Strange to win his first major championship.

Imagine the excitement he felt when he was presented the green jacket in the Butler Cabin. Then came the live interview with CBS Sports, and an innocuous question about whether he looked at the leaderboard.

The response, best Langer can recall, went something like this:

"I looked up for the first time after nine holes and I thought I was playing well, but Jesus Christ! Curtis Strange was four shots ahead."

Only later did Langer realize what he had said, and the number of people he offended.

Man spends 50,000 pounds to master golf in vain!

O.K., so this is what my future holds...

Neil McLellan, a retired merchant banker, wanted to learn golf so badly that he spent 50,000 pounds on 3,000 golf clubs to improve his game, but in vain.

According to The Sun, he bought the best in irons, woods, bags, motorised trolleys and balls, but they failed to make a difference to his game.

So much so that he tossed them into his garden shed in disgust and after his death the stash filled two mammoth sheds in his house in Dunblane, Perthshire.

It had virtually every club and bag produced by the world's top manufacturers and took shocked auctioneers a full day to shift and another two days to catalogue. [World News - London]

UPDATE [6:52pm] - Check it out, the entire lot went for $56,000US during an auction today...

Innovation allows disabled golfers to play standing...

wheelchairgolf.jpg

When I received an email about this innovation that will allow wheelchair bound golfers a chance to play standing, I couldn't help but think about how easy it is to take things for granted.

This golf wheel chair is the brain child of Anthony Netto a South African born golf professional and trainer. Anthony suffered a neck fracture after a car accident, in 1995.

This led to him being wheelchair bound for months. After numerous operations and a lot of time in hospital the 37-year old was able to resume work as a teaching pro in 1997. However, in October 2000, he suffered a further setback when multiple sclerosis struck him down. Since that time he has been confined to a wheelchair.

Thus came the inspiration for this wheelchair for disabled golfers.

We have a winner(s): BogeyLounge Caption Contest

phil_caption_small.jpg

Sorry, but I almost forgot (actually, I did forget until I went back and reviewed some comments last night) about our first ever caption contest (photo to the right)...

We had a hard time selecting between two entries so we'll pick both as winners:

"Callaway Jock Strap? I knew that I shouldn't have let those guys from Callaway product development talk me into this!" [GolfGrouch]

"Still upset with Phil over his Ryder Cup performance, the ranger let's him have it." [Judy R.]

Kudos to GolfGrouch for many great entries... Grouch and Judy should email me with their choice of balls and an address to mail your winnings. Congrats!

You can check out all the entries HERE... Thanks to all who entered...

Stay tuned for another caption contest very soon...

I still think Pam will win it all, even though veteran Cindy Miller is showing how important experience is.

Bogey Lounge presents: Our first ever "Bogey Lounge Caption Contest"

O.K. I'll start this post by saying: "I think I'll regret this"... However it's too good (or bad) to pass up.

Here's how the contest will work... look at the (AP) photo on the right and using this comment link, give me your best shot at a funny caption...

Let's try to keep it "somewhat" PG Rated (ok... R Rated) but still have fun with it (I retain the right to wipe out any captions I find to be "way over the top").

The winner picked by me (at the end of the week) will win a sleeve of the "new improved" Titleist ProV1's... however, If we get more than 100 captions submitted, I'll make it a whole dozen of new ProV1's (your choice of ProV1 regular or ProV1x).

Have fun...

Tiger Woods gives caddie Ford GT prize

Looks like caddie Steve Williams (noted race car enthusiast), will be sporting around New Zealand in a new Ford GT, courtesy of his boss.

fordchampionship.jpg

My boss once gave me a $50 gift card to Starbucks (so that it would speed the process up when I went to get him coffee.)

From the St. Pete Times: The Ford GT sports car Woods won for his victory is worth $140,000, but you won't see him driving it. Because Woods has an endorsement deal with Buick, he made a point all week to be careful about saying anything about Ford products. He did acknowledge afterward, however, that his caddie, Steve Williams , would be getting the keys to the car.

Callaway Golf HX Hot Drive Sweepstakes - Win a Mustang

hx-mustang2.jpg

Callaway golf is giving away a new Callaway Golf Custom Ford Mustang in honor of their newly launched HX Hot ball... I tried the new HX Hot last week and found it to be little too hard for my taste...

It certainly launched hot off the clubface with a high trajectory for some serious distance, but around the greens I found it hard to handle...

This Ford Mustang, done up in HX Hot colors (inside and out), can be yours if your lucky... By the way, if you pull up to a course in this thing you better be a damn good golfer and you better not pull a Titleist staff bag out of your trunk... :)

There are also a few other prizes, like free Callaway balls for a year... (for some of us who lose a ton of balls, it may be cheaper for Callaway to give us a car instead of supplying balls for a year)...

CHECK IT OUT: HX HOT SWEEPSTAKES

Natalie Gulbis gaining on Lokelani McMichael

natalie2.jpg

I don't even know who Lokelani McMichael is, but she's ahead of Natalie Gulbis in this year's ESPN.com PAGE 2 "Hottest Female Athlete of the Year".

As of this morning, Natalie was trailing by 10 percentage points after approximately 12,000 votes had been cast in her semifinal match against Lokelani. Interestingly enough, over at the other semifinal match (Amanda Beard vs. Amy Taylor), over 231,000 votes had been cast. Is it safe to say that whoever wins that bracket spot will ultimately rule the 2005 finals... stay tuned.

Time still remains to vote, so hop on over to ESPN, check out the final four, and place a vote for Natalie... and remember, "A vote for Natalie Gulbis is a vote for hot golfers everywhere" (and we're all for hot golfers!)

From ESPN's PAGE 2
"Congratulations to our final four athletes -- Amanda Beard, Amy Taylor, Natalie Gulbis and Lokelani McMichael. They're all one step closer to the prestigious crown of Page 2's Hottest Female Athlete.

In Round 1, some races were close (maybe next year, Ms. Coughlin) and others were decided in the first few minutes (well done, Amy). Either way, it doesn't matter how you got here.

Voting begins today in the semifinals. So in case you didn't vote in that election they held last November -- now is the time to make up for it."

A slice of Summer in February...

So it's thirty degrees outside, and there is no chance for golf in the near future. You can watch the Malaysian Open or the Nissan Open on tv, but that might depress you even more. What's a golfer to do?

Visit SI.com and take a look see at this year's 2005 Swimsuit Edition, and when your done looking at the new, re-live years 1996 to 2004. At least for a few minutes, you'll feel that summer is just around the corner.

GolfPunk offers up everything you would normally find in a golf mag (albeit with a younger voice and fresh material). However, what sets it apart (and gets your attention), are the very likeable monthly features like "Bunker Babes" and the "Golf Nurse".

Not typical, but worth a second look if you like some fun (& style)with your golf. Pick it up at your local newstand or subscribe (www.golfpunkmag.com), you won't be sorry.

Hey Tommy pass me a sleeve of Pro-V's...

Before winning Super Bowl MVP's, looks like Tom Brady spent a good amount of time around the game of golf. Free golf and a cart? What better way to spend time between Saturday games at U of Michigan?
